Both PTT and PBT elastic sewing threads belong to the polyester elastic fiber category.

Excellent elasticity performance

The elongation at break is as high as 65%~76%, far exceeding that of ordinary sewing thread.
Sewing elasticity can reach more than twice that of traditional sewing thread.

Excellent elastic recovery ability

Conduct a tensile elastic recovery rate test with a fixed elongation of 10% according to the standard requirements.
After stretching, it can quickly return to its original state, and the seams and fabric can expand and contract synchronously without bulging.

Good toughness and durability

Taking the product with a linear density of 333 dtex/3 strands as an example, the breaking strength is ≥ 2700 cN.
Excellent fatigue resistance, able to withstand repeated stretching without deformation

Soft feel and comfortable wearing

Low initial modulus, soft touch, without the stiffness of spandex sewing thread.
