Features and Benefits
- Excellent elasticity and fluffiness: This is the core advantage of DTY thread. It is made of pre oriented yarn (POY) through processes such as stretching, false twisting, and heat setting, resulting in a fluffy spiral curl inside the yarn. This structure endows it with good elasticity and high looseness, which can perfectly fit the fabric seam and achieve a full and flat coverage effect.
- Efficient process flow: In specification labels (such as 150D/36F), F (Filament) represents the number of single filaments, and the higher the F number, the better the fluffiness and coverage of the filament.
- Excellent durability: As a type of polyester, DTY thread inherits its advantages of high strength, friction resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

Application
