What's Cotton Sewing Thread

Cotton thread is made from high quality long staple cotton. We strongly recommend  the use of cotton thread for garment dyeing application because of its easy dyeing performance.

Combed, Singed And Mercerized

This is a finishing process that makes the thread smooth and shiny and adds strength.

Combed, singed and mercerized for visual sheen, exceptional dyeing, very good tear resistance, good resistance during finishing processes, suitable for heavy-duty seams.

Cotton mercerized thread is ideal for woven fabrics that require little or no stretch in the seams. Cotton is also heat-resistant, making it a better choice for quilting because of the need for pressed, consistent seams.

Application
