1st. How Do We Make The Quality Control Fof Core Spun Sewing Thread.
We insist to use the top class polyester fibre of YiZheng 211, and Changshu filament (also available both for Hyosung and Weifeng brand) for the core wire both in poly-poly cores spun and poly-cotton core spun items production. And keep the percentage stable between spun fibre and the core of filament. It’s the important point to keep the technology data stable.
We only output the unique and continuous level quality, and that will be the same as the samples which you have received in March.
2nd. Research & Developement
Our testing department equipped with professional testing instruments. It serves as a critical part of the process control by tracking the production process in real-time, strictly controlling the quality of products from the source. Moreover, it is an essential prerequisite for the development of new products.
